Except that you can&#039;t have ceaser salad dressing, as it contains worcestershire sauce which is heavily fermented, and mayo which contains vinegar, and parm which is obviously cheese. If you cut all of that out by making it yourself, you&#039;re golden! Just be very careful with restaurant and store-bought as usual!</description>

		<description>Yes cashews are on the OK list right?  I always use almond butter though, because almonds you can eat unlimited, then i don&#039;t have to try to track whether it&#039;s 20% of my food intake or not.  Have a good detox!</description>
