		<description><![CDATA[I just got back from my 4 day stint at Kripalu.  It. Was. Awesome.  I would highly recommend it.  Even a 14 hour trip home with missed flights and a 4 hour sleep wasn&#8217;t enough to knock me out of the Zone.  I can&#8217;t see straight today but I&#8217;m totally accepting baby.
